Can Kaleido deploy my blockchain in my specific cloud region (that's not on the pre-selected list) to help with security regulations for my country?
If you have a security requirement for a specific deployment orchestration beyond the supported AWS and Azure regions, please contact support@kaleido.io. Certain enterprise features such as PrivateStack and custom ProServe engagements can often address your organization's or consortia's security requirements.
It is worth noting that this often does not limit an organizations ability to use Kaleido from a legal and info security perspective, as it is common practice in all of Kaleido's implementations to avoid putting any actual data on chain. In these cases, the data itself doesn't have to leave the storage associated with each member's cloud infrastructure in their own region. The question then becomes: does the presence of hashed data in another cloud region pose a security limitation for my organization.
