Which protocols support private transactions?

Kaleido recommends using Quorum for use cases that need on-chain private transactions. It's worth noting that using a private transaction manager like Quorum's Tessera module is NOT the only model to achieve network wide privacy. More often than not, networks will instead choose to deal with privacy via off-chain messaging constructs like Kaleido's secure data exchange service. The core business logic can then be handled independently by the applications that request/receive/send data, and proofs of the payloads can be pinned onto the blockchain for security and auditability.
