How is billing split between members of my network?
Billing is handled on a per org basis. This means that if you're running a centralized network that's entirely run by only one organization all billing would accrue to the primary org and would be charged through the org's defined billing provider (Credit card, AWS, or Azure).
If you're running a decentralized network where multiple members have their own Kaleido accounts and run nodes on a shared network, then resource utilization owned by each of these members will accrue to their individual organizations and will be charged accordingly.
